The Sequence Institute originated as a part of our counseling and coaching practice through programs for the general public. For several years we have offered job search workshops, couples retreats, leadership wellness, mindfulness training, and other programs to enhance relationships, performance, and success.

The Institute has grown, and now includes continuing education programs for other professionals. Programs may be held at our Silver Spring meeting room, or by webinar & online programs. We also offer corporate training and speak at private events, schools, staff training, parent association meetings, corporate wellness events and more.
